GIVE TO BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Build the Foundation is PCEF's Parent Appeal Campaign!
 

When you give to PCEF, you Build the Foundation for every student to succeed.


Our schools are excellent even though $170 million of our education tax dollars leave Park City.
PCEF funds help keep PCSD great and build the foundation for every student to succeed.

Your gift of just $2/school day = $360

OR

Become a Scholar Circle member at $5.55/school day = $1,000

Ensure we can fund nearly $2 million in programs and

 Build the Foundation for every student to succeed

Build the Foundation is July 1 - September 12, 2025

Give before September 12, 2025, and:

  • You'll help your school PTO/A win up to $5,000 in unrestricted UPS Stores Park City grants.
  • You boost your child's chance to win a PARTY for their class (elementary and middle school).
  • And: high school families who donate a minimum $25 have a chance to win:
    • 6 VIP seats at graduation (Senior families only) 
    • VIP parking spot (10th-12th grade students)
    • Lunch delivered by Principal Fine (9th grade students)

CONTRIBUTE TO BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Split your contribution to Build the Foundation into easy monthly donations and fund nearly $2 million in programs serving every student:

  •  $30/month = $360 per year

Join the PCEF Scholar Circle 

  • $85/month = $1,000/year

When you give $1,000 or more, you Build the Foundation and you're welcomed into Scholar Circle! 

This $1,000 investment – just $85/month or $5.55/day – is approximately the cost of a large latte each morning. Scholar Circle offers engagement opportunities with district administrators, educators, and students as well as special events with fellow members who share a belief that a strong public school system is the foundation of a great place to live.

BUILD THE FOUNDATION → SCHOOL SPECIFICS

When you contribute, you help PCEF Build the Foundation and help your child's school win thousands of dollars, courtesy of the UPS Stores Park City Build the Foundation Grant.

Each school with 40% of parents giving OR raising a total of $40,000 will win a $2,500 UPS Stores Park City Grant.

Each school with 70% of parents giving OR raising a total of $50,000 will win a $5,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant.

Each school with 100% participation...WOW!

Elementary Schools:

The class with the highest participation in each grade at each school PreK-5 will win a Red Banjo PIZZA PARTY.

Ecker Hill Middle School:

The top five Advisory Classes in each grade with the highest participation will win a BREAKFAST PARTY.

Park City High School:

  • Parents of 9th graders donating 7/1-9/12 will be entered to win lunch delivered by Principal Fine.
  • Parents of 10th-12th graders donating from 7/1–9/12 will be entered to win: A VIP parking spot for your student for the school year.
  • Parents of Seniors donating from 7/1–9/12 will be entered to win: 6 reserved VIP seats at the Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony.

RULES:

  • Donate anytime between July 1, 2025, and September 12, 2025. 
  • One donation counts for every child in a family, it is not necessary to make a donation for each child.
  • Any donation amount of at least $1 counts to Build the Foundation.
  • Families must make their own donation.
  • $25 minimum to be eligible for PCHS prizes
  • Red Apple Gala ticket and table purchases made by September 12th count toward the Build the Foundation competitions.

  • Build the Foundation is all about participation!

    → The UPS Stores Park City will award cash grants to schools with at least 40%participation.
    → Every school can earn a cash award from the UPS Stores Park City. And you can help your child's class earn a PARTY!
    → Bring your gift to school or donate online by clicking the big red donate button.

    If you have already donated this school year (starting July 1, 2025) → thank you!
    You Build the Foundation - and helped your school earn a UPS Stores Park City grant.

  • Donate online as you register and your donation counts to Build the Foundation.

  • When you give $1,000 or more, you Build the Foundation and you're welcomed into Scholar Circle!

  • → Scholar Circle offers engagement opportunities with district administrators, educators, and students as well as special events with fellow members who share a belief that a strong public school system is the foundation of a great place to live.
    → This $1,000 investment can be donated monthly.
    → Monthly payments for Scholar Circle = $85. That's $5.55 per day -- or approximately the cost of a large latte each morning.

    → With every generous donation, let us know if your employer has a Matching Gifts program.

Evaluation of Information Protection Practices -- Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with organization policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information. Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
  12. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information? We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Permission to Use of Materials The right to download and store or output the materials in our website is granted for the user's personal use only, and materials may not be reproduced in any edited form. Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
