When you give to PCEF, you Build the Foundation for every student to succeed.


Our schools are excellent even though $170 million of our education tax dollars leave Park City.
PCEF funds help keep PCSD great and build the foundation for every student to succeed.

Build the Foundation is July 1 - October 4, 2024

Give before October 4, 2024,* and:

  1. We won't call you during our Phone-a-Thon.
  2. You'll help your school win big time cash in UPS Stores Park City grants.
  3. You boost your child's chance to win a PARTY for their class (elementary, middle, & jr. high).
  4. And: high school families can donate for a chance to win 6 VIP SEATS** at graduation 
    (**senior families only) and other prizes, TBD!

*Donate anytime between July 1, 2024, and October 4, 2025. Minimum $20 donation to be eligible for prizes.
Any donation amount counts to Build the Foundation.

CONTRIBUTE TO BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Split your contribution to Build the Foundation into easy monthly donations:

  • 1 child = $30/month = $360 per year
  • 2 children = $60/month = $720 per year
  • 3 children = $90/month = $1080 per year**

**You will also be welcomed into Scholar Circle; a group of families who contribute $1,000 or more annually.  

SCHOLAR CIRCLE CREATES A "LATTE" IMPACT

When you give $1,000 or more, you Build the Foundation and you're welcomed into Scholar Circle! 

Scholar Circle is a community of families, businesses, and community members who want to make an immediate and lasting impact on our children's education.

This $1,000 investment – just $85/month or $5.55/day – is approximately the cost of a large latte each morning.

We invite you to consider the astounding value of joining Scholar Circle to Build the Foundation this year, and create a "latte" opportunities for Park City students!

2023/2024 RESULTS

Trailside Elementary earned first place in 2023/24's competition, with 73% participation!


RESULTS:

  • 1st place $5,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant = Trailside Elementary → 78% participation
     
  • 2nd place TIE!
    $3,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant = McPolin Elementary AND Jeremy Ranch Elementary → 70% participation
     
  • 3rd place $2,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant = Ecker Hill Middle School → 47% participation
  • 4th place = Parley's Park Elementary → 40% participation
  • 5th place = Treasure Mountain Jr High → 33% participation
  • 6th place = Park City High → 25% participation

All school PTO/As receive $1,500 for the hard work of their volunteer PCEF Ambassadors.

When you contribute, you help PCEF Build the Foundation and help your child's school win thousands of dollars, courtesy of the UPS Stores Park City Build the Foundation Grant.

 

Participation also counts to help your child's class WIN A CLASS PARTY!
AND, Park City High School donors can win – 6 VIP GRADUATION TICKETS (senior families only)!

Schools with the highest percentage* of parents giving just about any amount will win:

  • 1st place = $5,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant
  • 2nd place = $3,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant
  • 3rd place = $2,000 UPS Stores Park City Grant

Elementary Schools:

The class with the highest participation in each grade at each school PreK-5 will win a Red Banjo PIZZA PARTY.

Ecker Hill Middle School:

The top six Advisory Classes with the highest participation in each grade will win a BREAKFAST PARTY.

Treasure Mountain Junior High:

The top six Advisory Classes with the highest participation in each grade will win a BREAKFAST PARTY.

Park City High School:

  • PCHS parents donating from 7/1–10/4 will be entered to win: A VIP parking spot for your student for the school year.*
  • Parents of Seniors donating from 7/1–10/4 will be entered to win: 6 reserved VIP seats at the Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony*

  • Build the Foundation is all about participation!

    → The UPS Stores Park City will award $5,000 to the school with the highest school participation.
    → Every school can earn a cash award from the UPS Stores Park City. And you can help your child's class earn a PARTY!

    You Build the Foundation - and helped your school earn a UPS Stores Park City grant.

  • Donate $360 online as you register and your donation counts to Build the Foundation.

    → 1 student = $2 per school day = $360 per year = Just $30 per month
    → 2 students = $4 per school day = $720 per year = Just $60 per month
    → 3 students = $6 per school day = $1080 per year = Just $90 per month

  • When you give $1,000 or more, you Build the Foundation and you're welcomed into Scholar Circle!

  • → Scholar Circle is a community of families, businesses, & community members who make immediate and lasting impacts on our children's education.
    → This $1,000 investment can be donated monthly.
    → Monthly payments for Scholar Circle = $85. That's $5.55 per day -- or approximately the cost of a large latte each morning.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
  12. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information? We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
