From Preschool to Afterschool and with more than 100 programs in between, PCEF funding makes it possible for Elementary Principals to say "yes" more often. Principals from each of elementary school share how PCEF supports innovation, and learning opportunities to help enrich students' lives and support future success. Together, we can ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed by reaching their academic and lifelong potential.
Park City’s Elementary Visual Arts (EVA) program celebrates artists and nurtures creativity through artistic process, focusing on a different artist and student project from September through May. In February, students will have the unique opportunity to participate in creating artwork for the Wasatch Back Student Art Show. Participating EVA elementary schools include: McPolin, Parley’s Park, and Trailside; PCEF donor funding covers the Art Teachers' salaries.
To me, PCEF is supporting not only our school district but our whole community, by providing funding and amazing education opportunities that would not be possible otherwise. It takes a community to raise a child, and the Foundation is a critical component.
