Kendall Stephens

Kendall Stephens relocated to Park City in 2010 to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Utah. She graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder with an emphasis in Finance. As part of the opening team of Montage Deer Valley, Kendall soon realized her passion for assisting people, and she quickly began working in Human Resources. In 2021, she moved from Montage Deer Valley to the sister company, Pendry Park City, as the Director of People. During her time in Human Resources, Kendall has always had a passion for learning and education. She has spent time on the Park City High School Hospitality Board, and is a member of the Montage International Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee.

Kendall and her husband, Brian, have two children that attend Trailside Elementary, Declynn and Thayne. Kendall and her family love to embrace the outdoors and find new adventures. They spend much of their time skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and traveling.
