The salary range for this full-time, exempt position starts at $70,000.

About Park City Education Foundation:

For nearly 40 years, Park City Education Foundation (PCEF) has funded and supported educator-powered initiatives that inspire all Park City students to reach their academic and lifelong potential. We achieve this by investing $2 million annually in the Park City School District to support initiatives such as preschool, elementary visual arts, afterschool programs, educator and student wellness, real-world learning, Bright Futures (a program that supports first-generation college students), and classroom and express grants that support educators.

Position Summary

  • Work with the PCEF team and Communications Committee members to refine annual messaging and annual collateral materials
  • Strategically participate in school PTA/O meetings, engage with leadership at schools, and with families
  • Contribute to additional initiatives or strategic priorities as assigned by the Vice President of Advancement, in alignment with organizational priorities
  • Act as an ambassador for PCEF’s mission and values, representing PCEF with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Park City Education Foundation opposes discrimination and injustice in all forms. Research shows that members of underrepresented groups - including women, LGBTQIA+ identified people, and Black, Indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC) - tend to apply for jobs only if they meet every single requirement listed. Here at Park City Education Foundation, we seek the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may not always meet 100% of the listed qualifications. If you are passionate about our work and would like to join our team, we encourage you to apply, especially if you are a member of a structurally marginalized group. We look forward to your application.
