A native southerner, Whitney and her family fell in love with Utah's mountain summers after moving to Salt Lake City in 2013 and eventually made Park City their permanent home in 2021. Whitney and her husband Evan have two children in the Park City school district--Henry, a rising freshman at PCHS, and Finley, a 7th grader at Ecker. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Political Science, Whitney's professional experience includes corporate event planning as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), marketing, and social media management. She currently works part-time in marketing at Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter and volunteers as the Teacher Appreciation Co-Chair for the Ecker PTO as well as co-chairs the Red Apple Gala for PCEF.

When she's not shuttling her kids around town, you'll find her planning her next family camping trip, spending time outside, and walking the family rescue dog, Olive.
